Sing, play, and dance with SongLife Connections. This family music therapy program, supported by Growlife Medical, explores meaningful music-making with a focus on community connections and well-being. Singing familiar songs, playing instruments, and engaging in musical play together supports you and your child as they develop and grow. Within sessions you will have the opportunity to connect with your child in the music and learn songs to use at home. Your child will experience music and song with a focus on sensory nourishment, play-based activities, creative moments, and social connection. The music therapist will guide you through a session of exclusively live music, using song to build trust and warmth in the group environment. Your child will experience music in an environment that suits them – through the active moments, playful moments, quiet moments, and cuddly moments.

SongLife Connections
Amy Cooper is an experienced Registered Music Therapist working in General Practice. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Music Therapy from the University of Queensland. Amy has facilitated music therapy programs in special education, primary care, aged care and the community, working with people of all ages. Amy is also an experience performer, vocalist and chorister and loves to support people in using their voices to create connections.
