The Talbot Theatre
Our state-of-the-art theatre boasts a generous stageomfortably seats 320 in the main auditorium, with a further 21 in the private gallery.
Kite Terrace
With its own bar, the Kite Terrace hovers above the theatre celebrating Queensland’s wide blue skies and Brisbane’s city views. Perfect for cocktail receptions, breakfast events, product launches, birthdays and wedding celebrations.
Thomas Dixon Centre Access Grant
Generously supported by Arts Queensland, the Thomas Dixon Centre Access Program Grant provides opportunity for Queensland- based recipients of the Organisations Fund 2022- 2025, First Nation Pathways Fund 2022 – 2025 and Ausdance Financial Members to access the Talbot Theatre, Executive Gallery, and Studio spaces by subsidising the venue hire fee.
Please note that Queensland Ballet has no authority to extend the grant to organisations which are not recipients of the above-mentioned grants or Ausdance Financial Members.
Executive Gallery
Our Executive Gallery is only available for hire via the Access Grant Program.
Perfect for private meetings and events, and could be supplemented with private viewings enabling guests to watch rehearsals and performances in the Talbot Theatre through a floor-to-ceiling glass wall.
