As part of the 2025 Brisbane Fashion Festival, step into a world of temptation and elegance as Queensland Ballet and Layla present a decadent evening of gastronomy and couture. Inspired by Queensland Ballet’s provocative upcoming production Dangerous Liaisons, this one-night-only affair invites guests to indulge in the sensual interplay of fashion and food in the exquisite surrounds of the Thomas Dixon Centre.

The evening begins at Layla, the signature restaurant by renowned chef Shane Delia. Guests will enjoy a progressive culinary experience, complete with bespoke canapés, a substantial savoury dish, and signature dessert – all served alongside a curated beverage package.

Throughout the night, guests will be led in intimate groups to Queensland Ballet’s exclusive costume department for a rare, behind-the-scenes encounter with the breathtaking costumes designed for the production by Tracy Grant Lord. This 20-minute immersive session offers an extraordinary glimpse into the artistry behind the upcoming production.

As the evening draws to a close, guests return to Layla for a final toast – a perfect ending to a night woven with style and indulgence.
