Celebrated Australian chef, Shane Delia, brings his first Queensland restaurant, Layla, to the historic Thomas Dixon Centre. Located at the corner of Montague Road & Raven Street, West End, Brisbane, Layla transforms a former war bunker into a bold and vibrant dining space.
Blending Asian and Middle Eastern influences, the menu takes diners on an aromatic spice journey, showcasing Queensland’s finest produce with innovative flavors and techniques.
