About

Join Mellow Habits for an immersive evening of breathwork and sound at the Thomas Dixon Centre.

This guided session begins with gentle breathwork designed to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. From here, you will be led into a sound experience using a gong, bowls and other instruments, allowing the body to settle into a deeply restful state.

Sound works directly with the body, helping to shift you out of stress and into recovery. As the breath slows and the body softens, many people experience a sense of stillness that is often difficult to access in everyday life.

This is not a performance, but a space to pause.

No experience is required. Guests are invited to simply arrive, lie down and be guided through an experience designed to support rest, clarity and better sleep.
