About
The Kite Terrace is a rarely accessible rooftop space, offering sweeping skyline views and a relaxed atmosphere to gather with friends as the city shifts from afternoon into evening.
The Kite Terrace Bar will be open from the afternoon, serving drinks and light bites throughout the event.
In collaboration with Bands in Parks, an initiative supported by Brisbane City Council, each event from May to October will feature a different live band, with additional performances presented by BEMAC from November onwards.

Auslan Guided Tour

Take a guided Auslan tour through the revitalised Thomas Dixon Centre, led by our Deaf guide, visionary co-founder and CEO of Sign-How, Sophie Li. Rich in history, art and creativity, this 1.5 hour engagement will take you through this stunningly refurbished heritage building, the old and the new, uncovering stories from the original boot making factory days to its present incarnation as home of Queensland Ballet.
