Sunset Sounds is a seasonal rooftop series opening the Kite Terrace to the public one Saturday a month from May to October. Each event features a different local band announced prior to the date.

The Kite Terrace opens to the public one Saturday a month from May to October for relaxed afternoons of live music, drinks and sunset views over Brisbane. This rarely accessible rooftop space offers sweeping skyline views and a casual setting to gather with friends as the city moves from afternoon into evening.

The bar will be open from 2.30 – 7.00pm, with drinks, snacks and light food available for purchase throughout the afternoon. In collaboration with Bands in Parks, an initiative of Brisbane City Council, a different live band will perform at each event from 4.00–5.30pm.
